This is just a quick update! We have just got a email from nivea:
"Animal testing has been completely banned for all cosmetic products in the EU since 2004, and for all the ingredients of these products, since 2013. Beiersdorf, of course, is in compliance with this law and has long done without animal testing whenever it was possible. We are convinced that animal testing is not required to prove the safety and effectiveness of our products."

I heard for a long time since the 90's the EU have been trying to ban animal testing in any cosmetic products. But too many of the brands have been asking for 5-10 more years...they have been doing that for nearly 40 years! I thought this was super interesting so I thought I would share it xx
