Hello!
The other day, our Mum was telling us about Animal Testing when she was a child. Instead of testing on rats and rabbits etc, they tested on Beagles. Our Mum and her friends decided it wasn't right, so they made posters and contacted the major brands that tested on the poor Beagles to put it right. How could anyone do this?!
This is a picture of Beagles inhaling perfume or fragrance. Do you see what we mean?! Its CRUEL! Even thought they don't test on Beagles anymore, they still test on small rodents.
We need to put it right! STOP THE SCIENTISTS!
Just remember, help raise awareness!
Bye!
Hello!
Contacting the Brands
To try and stop Animal Testing, we are e-mailing all of the companies that test on animals to tell them how cruel it really is. A lot of the members of staff who work at the companies don't actually know what they do in the labs. By stuffing rats and other innocent animals into tubes and making them inhale fragrances, surely can't help to make our products better.
Get involved
To take part in this amazing project, all you need to do is spread the awareness around so everyone knows about Animal Testing and Cruelty.
- Make posters about it
- Make a blog so people around the world know, not just your community
- Post quotes and images on social media to spread the word
- Text your friends, family and other relatives
Just get involved! Remember, its all going to a great course! Spread the word and raise the awareness!
Bye!

Hello!
This is our first blog and I''m so excited to start raising awareness!
Not many people know much about animal testing and animal cruelty, and neither did we, but now we what goes on in animal testing labs.
It all started, about 3 weeks ago, we were in Boots and a lady asked the lady at the counter whether Rimmel test on animals she said "Rimmel don't test on animals." The customer said "I'll google it, just to make sure," and the lady at the counter said, "No I'm sure!"
We was shocked to find out that Rimmel do test on animals and that poor lady had went and bought a ton of their products, thinking they were cruelty-free!
This goes to show that even the people at the counters don't even know what they are selling!
We really want to raise awareness!
What goes on in animal testing labs.
Animals are very badly treated in the labs. They test the products we use to make sure they are safe, but in doing so they are hurt and killed and this is wrong. Animals weren't made to be burnt with acid, inhale perfume or get shampoo in their eyes. Our wild animals we made to be free and in their natural habitat (except for some e.g domesticated cats.) It is bad now, but things have improved in animal testing from when animal testing started seriously in the late 1800s.
What has improved?
Most brands have stopped testing on dogs, but are still testing on other animals (mainly rats and rabbits). Brands like Lush and The Body Shop have raised awareness for animal testing, which is brilliant! But most people don't read what's on their Lush bag, we need people to notice what is going on.
How can other people help?
Spread the word! Re-post pictures on social media about animal testing and use hashtags e.g #stopanimaltesting #animalsournotourstoexperimenton #fightinganimaltesting #talkabouttesting!
Tell everybody what really makes our products!
Contact us to ask questions!
E-mail brands such as Mac, to tell them they shouldn't be testing on animals!
Comment any more ideas!!!
